Game arrived within reasonable time and condition, so all the technical stuff was fine. The game is what you expect it to be, Yugioh in digital form. The twist is, as the name suggests, team duels, however this doesn't work as well as it should. The Teammate-AI is pretty much a moron, and when i expected a decent performance from The Chazz, i was greatly mistaken. This is emphasized by the fact that you can't modify your teammate's deck soon enough.
As games usually do, you start off from scratch. I don't mind so much the different cards you get at the beginning, as a vanilla deck is to be expected. I was surprised by the inclusion of certain cards, such as Mirror Force and Solemn Judgment, so kudos there. but my main issue is, that it take way too long before you get any sense of strategy. I've played it for a number of hours, but have no chance to do any kind of a strategic deck, just beatdown with some tech.
But it's the second game in the series and is largely what you expected. I got it largely for the cards included anyways. I'd say it's worth the price.

the charachters don't talk, it's mostly the same thing over and over again
not even die hard fans of yu-gi-oh would really get into this game.
it's okay has it's moments but I don't play it very often.

First it provides a greater number of opponents to duel. Also you get to tag duel right from the start and don't have spend hours getting someone to like you enough to agree to be your partner. And the greater variety of cards is a bonus for people who like to build multiple decks. The only problem is that to get the best deck packs you have to be level 45, which can take a while.

well this game is a lot of fun except for the fact you don't have the cards that you want and it's pretty hard to win on your own but if you get a partner in the game you could win.

this game is fantastic. it takes what the first game had and updates it dramatically. adds minigames instead of going to school, makes the game a lot more fun, and makes time actually go by. on top of all that you now have the god cards and an affordable way to play this TCG. highly recommended as the best card game on a handheld i have ever played, even better than eye of judgment.
note: the graphics are cleaned up a bit, and the overall pace of the game is extremely well done. you play with a partner the entire time and can choose to duel, let them duel, or tag duel.
